2016-04-11 - in Williams Cay

Lots of hiking today.  Kerry and I hiked on the ocean side over rock faces to the next beaches.  Tide
was high forcing us to climb higher.  Then, Kerry and the dad from Singing Frogs hiked up to Perrys peak (highest point in the Exuma).  Then, I hiked with the mom from Singing Frogs through the abandoned research station to the ocean side beaches. It was a great workout! The boys were busy throughout the day trying to get a board kite to fly!  With the kite not working as they had hoped, the boys made up a sailboat made up of a paddle board and a shower curtain.  They all had turns, but Connor got it right and hit the wind.  The shower sailboat took him far into the distance.  I am sure he was smiling the whole way.  We eventually jumped in the dinghy to rescue him before he entered Cuban waters!
